At Almas Jewellers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a 14-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery back into its original Almas presentation box and seal it inside a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
